"I stopped by yesterday March 15th 2022 to ask some questions about my Ford Transit connect transmission having some occasional rough shifting. I can not say enough how much I appreciate Scott for going above and beyond for helping answer my concerns. He is extremely informative and knows exactly what he is talking about. Though I don't have any transmission problems that need fixing at the moment, I will be sure to bring my vehicle to him, when or if the time comes. (Fingers crossed that time doesn't come.)
